It’s just you and me babe!  Each time you hit the studio, your session is personalized to help you break barriers and crush your goals, whatever they may be. Personal training is a great option for those who may be a little hesitant in a group setting or for those who thrive on a little extra alone time.  We focus on education and technical execution to keep you safe for many years of activity.

Group Training

Let’s face it! A little competition when you workout is a good thing.  It pushes you to go just a little harder and a little longer and that’s what makes small group training so great!  So whether you want to challenge your friends to some training sessions (also a great way fit in a visit when schedules are busy), or you want a different type of date night with your spouse, you can expect the same customized approach of a personal training session! 

Nutrition

If you eat x with y, you will lose weight but don’t ever eat y with z because the chemical reaction will…blah,blah,blah! Sounds easy right? And these “rules” are totally maintainable right?

Guys…good nutrition is not rocket science. It shouldn’t be complicated or restrictive.  Enjoying an ice cream with your kids shouldn’t leave you with feelings of guilt.  

Together, we will leave behind the diet mentality. It’s about education, having goals, creating a plan and creating a healthy relationship with food.

On-Line Training

Coming into the studio isn’t ideal for everyone.  Maybe you live out of town.  Maybe you struggle to find childcare. Maybe you are more comfortable working out in the privacy of your own living room.  Whatever the reason, it’s 100% possible to get the amazing benefits of personal training with an on-line plan!

Receive weekly custom workouts.  The Dark Horse app makes it easy with videos of each exercise.  And there’s no skipping out! Weekly accountability checks are part of the deal and we see each time you check into a workout! 

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is where the Dark Horse community really shines!!  The groups are small.  But the vibe is huge!  The music pumps.  We push hard.  We try new things. We banter back and forth. We laugh.  We encourage each other.  Goals are reached.  Confidence is built.  Somedays we play games that leave ME doing all the burpees.  And sometimes challenges earn you wine and swag. Regardless of the class, be prepared for a challenge.  And be prepared for fun.

Competitive athlete or weekend warrior, we’ve got you covered.  Our sport specific strength and conditioning programs will have you working on strength, power, agility, endurance and more. No matter your goals, we will have you ready for your best season.
